About me and my passion

I'm Director of The ReignForest at NewPointe Community Church. (birth through age five) There can be a lot of little ones on a Sunday morning. Awesome volunteers make the week-end experience for preschoolers "the best hour of their week".

My husband Len and I met on a blind date in 1970. After 38 years of marriage he says he's still blind. (He's quite a jokster.) We have three grown children and four grandchildren soon to be five in October, 2010.

I have a passion for missions that was ignited in 2006 through a Perspectives course offered at our church. I've been blessed to travel to Cairo, Alexandria and Upper Egypt. I love the people there. IME is very active in helping people develop Godly leadership and to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

In 2007 I traveled to China with Bring Me Hope and fell in love with the Chinese people too. God is Good!
